Do you perform the HVAC installation yourselves?
No. Sequera Solutions is a consulting and project management company. We plan and coordinate the project - evaluation, scope, proposal, scheduling, and oversight - and the licensed HVAC work is performed by qualified, licensed contractors. We're transparent about who does what on every project and never imply in-house licensure we don't hold.
Can utility incentives reduce the cost of a retrofit?
Often, yes. Oncor and AEP Texas energy-efficiency programs include measures that can offset the cost of eligible HVAC upgrades. We handle the incentive side through our utility incentive management service. Actual amounts depend on the current program year and the specific measures.
How do you decide whether to repair or replace?
